08 September 2010 DANA ACQUIRES UKCS INTERESTS FROM PETRO-CANADA UK LIMITEDDana is pleased to announce that the Company (through its subsidiary Dana Petroleum (E&P) Limited) has entered into an agreement with Petro-Canada UK Limited (“Petro-Canada UK”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Suncor Energy Inc. (“Petro-Canada Netherlands”) (the “Acquisition”) put to shareholders at the General Meeting held today was passed unanimously. Completion of the Acquisition, which provides a significant production and reserve growth step for the Group and adds considerable operating capabilities in the North Sea, is expected to take place later this week. Following completion, Dana’s daily production capacity should increase to approximately 50,000 barrels per day and Dana’s pro forma proved plus probable reserves (“2P”) will be approximately 254 million barrels of oil equivalent, based on the position as at 31 December 2009, as further detailed in the shareholder circular published on 21 July 2010 (the “Circular”).

04 August 2009 DANA EXPLORATION DRILLING UPDATEDana has completed the drilling of the TAJ-1 exploration well, onshore Morocco. The well is located in the Bouanane Petroleum Permits which are positioned to the south of the Atlas Mountains and was drilled to a measured depth of 3,274m below ground level.

24 February 2009 DANA DISCOVERS THIRD OIL FIELD IN RINNES AREA Dana Petroleum is delighted to announce the discovery of a new oil field, with its well at the South East Rinnes structure in Block 210/24a in the UK Northern North Sea. This is the third oil field discovered by Dana in the Rinnes area and is located just 4km from the Company’s operated Hudson producing oil field and only 1km from its Melville oil field.

05 February 2009 GAS AND CONDENSATE DISCOVERY AT FULLA, NORWAY Dana Petroleum is delighted to report it has made a gas and condensate discovery at the Fulla prospect offshore Norway. StatoilHydro Petroleum AS, as operator for production licence 362/035B, has completed the drilling of Fulla with exploration well 30/11-7, located approximately 10km northeast of the Frigg field in the North Sea.

04 July 2007 CAVENDISH GAS FIELD BEGINS PRODUCTIONDana Petroleum is pleased to announce that production has successfully commenced from the Cavendish gas field, located in the UK Southern Gas Basin in Block 43/19a, in which Dana holds a 50% working interest. The expected initial production rate from the first well is approximately 60 million standard cubic feet of gas per day (mmscfpd). Second and third wells are currently being drilled and are expected to come on stream before the end of the year.
