MORANGIE WELL RESULTS, WESTERN AUSTRALIA

The board of Dana reports that drilling operations on the Morangie-1 well, located in offshore Perth Basin Exploration Permit WA-226-P, have been completed at a total depth of 2,188 meters. Well log and other data have confirmed the presence of a good quality Permian age 'Wagina' sandstone reservoir, as forecast, but indicate it to be water bearing at the Morangie location. The well will be plugged and abandoned.
