  • Supporting additional operational activities and projects when required.

What we are looking for:

Essential qualifications and experience

  • HND recognised trade qualification or equivalent technical experience

  • Understanding of process-safety management, major accident hazards and performance standards
  • Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary work and simultaneous operations

  • Valid certification for working offshore in the UK North Sea

Desirable experience

  • Previous experience as an Area Authority, operations supervisor or in a comparable Control of Work role
  • Working knowledge of FPSO operations and marine interfaces
  • Familiarity with integrated control and safety systems, power generation, marine, subsea and diving, drilling and well-intervention activities
  • Previous team-lead, supervisory or coaching experience

The qualities you will bring

You will demonstrate:

  • A strong and visible commitment to health, safety, environmental protection, and asset integrity.
  • A calm, authoritative and accountable approach to controlling work.
  • Sound operational judgement and the confidence to challenge, pause or stop work when conditions are unsafe or unclear.
  • Strong planning, coordination and decision-making skills.
  • Clear communication with offshore and onshore teams, contractors, vendors, and regulators.
  • A collaborative approach that encourages engagement, shared responsibility, and continuous improvement.

Why join Dana Petroleum?

You will have the opportunity to play a key role in the safe and efficient operation of the Triton FPSO, working as part of a collaborative team where safety, accountability, knowledge sharing and operational excellence are highly valued.  We offer a competitive and flexible benefits package, together with an attractive rotation schedule of 2 weeks on / 3 weeks off.

Applicants should apply here before the closing date of 16th October 2026. Please note the closing date may be extended.
